SANCTUARY FOR PRESENCE

Feel what you feel, know what you know.

Omprov is a fusion of "OM", the sacred symbol that signifies both the origin and the infinite, and "Prov", derived from the root of improvisation and the French etymology of preparing for the unforeseen. Omprov is a space where presence is explored—creating a sanctuary for the human spirit.

Andrea Marenco

Andrea Marenco-Snyder (Prema) is an international yoga and meditation teacher who blends philosophical depth with embodied practice. She has over a decade of experience in self-discovery processes, healing spaces, and mindful methodologies. Her facilitation approach emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and an awake engagement with the present moment.

Founder of the Therapeutic Yoga Institute and Omprov Lab, Prema trains yoga and meditation teachers. She leads therapeutic yoga classes, and creates spaces where movement, improvisation, and mystical traditions intersect.

At the heart of her work is an invitation to inhabit each moment fully, cultivating clarity, agency, and openhearted connection.

What is a Laboratory for Presence?

At its core, a laboratory for presence is a container for the human experience. A sacred space to explore the interconnection between body, mind, and spirit, and welcome the rawness of what arises in the moment with wisdom and grace.

Rooted in mystical traditions and different disciplines including meditation, somatic movement practices such as yoga, the expressive arts of theater, sound, and art, Omprov Lab is a living platform for self-discovery, development of character and authentic engagement with the world.

The Invitation

Omprov invites you into the here and now, where awareness expands and the art of being unfolds through embodied wisdom. It is a place of deep inquiry, where stillness and motion co-exist in dialogue, revealing the aliveness within us. You are invited to feel, respond, and relate in the present, through movement, voice, and expression.

More than a methodology, Omprov is a practice of awareness— a state of being that teaches you to cultivate the ability to witness the flow of experience as it arises, and to respond authentically, without judgment. It is an invitation to deconstruct limiting narratives, embrace uncertainty, and surrender to the mystery of now. Through this mindful play, we expand our capacity to live artfully, making each moment an act of creative presence.

“Through OmProv, I am learning new ways to process and interact with emotions. The restrictions of society seem to melt away, allowing freedom to explore and experience emotions in a safe and supportive space. It is an opportunity to play, create, connect and expand with others in a very transformative way. I am grateful for the collaboration and lessons learned through this community.” ~ Lauren Biesel
