Pranassage sessions are assisted therapeutic movement private sessions, inspired in the ancient healing art of Thai Yoga (Nuat Boran) and Kosha Theory to restore health & well-being.

Consisting of assisted movement, compression techniques, passive and active stretches, therapeutic yoga poses and guided breathing, Pranassage sessions supporting the body to heal.

Pranassage Sessions help to reduce stiffness and stress, rejuvenate the soft tissues and joints, increase circulation and hydration, supporting your body to heal.

First Time?

  • Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in (no jeans).

  • Hydrate before and after. Water is best!

  • Limit food intake 2-hours prior to your session.

  • Add an additional 20 minutes to your session time to allow for initial assessment and intake with your practitioner.

  • Please be mindful of the 24 hour cancellation policy. ($50 fee)

  • If you have been receiving medical care, please discuss this option with your doctor prior to your first session.
